Job Description

This position at Pacific Life involves reviewing and processing casework as directed by a supervisor, following department procedures. Responsibilities include analyzing case information, updating systems with appropriate details, and meeting productivity and quality metrics. The role requires timely and professional case outreach and follow-up, utilizing resources to determine regulatory, product, and case design requirements. Familiarity with NB and UW terminology is essential, as is establishing relationships with underwriting, distribution, and marketing partners. Effective communication with producers, field offices, and external parties is necessary to set proper expectations and support department needs, fostering positive interactions and collaboration.

Qualifications

1. College degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2. Strong desire to deliver superior customer service. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Experience working with diverse customers, preferably in financial services. 5. Ability to complete assignments in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and thoroughness. 6. Clear verbal and written communication skills.
