Join our team as a Senior Network Engineer and play a crucial role in designing, operating, and enhancing large-scale computer-based services. Collaborate with developers, testers, and program managers to ensure our systems meet the needs of our patients and caregivers. Focus on sustaining Providence’s Nurse Call and clinical communications platform, enabling modernization of legacy nurse call systems, middleware, and enterprise Care Communication initiatives. Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 2. 5 years of related experience. 3. Experience in automation related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes. 4. Experience with n-tier solutions. 5. Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis). 6. Ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually). 7. Ability to influence software engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture. 8. Experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions. 9. Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive decisions. 10. Experience in problem-solving using systematic procedures and root cause analysis.
