Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, conduct workshops, and configure Business Central modules. Responsibilities include supporting finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and warehousing workflows, performing gap-fit analysis, and collaborating with technical consultants. Additionally, the consultant will support data migration, UAT, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant 2. Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV 3. Deep understanding of ERP processes: Finance & Accounting, Purchasing & Sales, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Operations 4. Experience conducting workshops and managing client stakeholders 5. Experience supporting full ERP implementation lifecycle projects 6. Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions 7. Experience working within consultancy or partner environments 8. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform is a plus 9. Familiarity with Business Central integrations and customization processes 10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 12. Fluent English communication skills
