Senior ML Engineer

Job Description

Lead the development, deployment, and management of machine-learning solutions from start to finish. Collaborate closely with Risk, Product, Operational, and other teams. Translate business objectives into reliable models. Ensure continuous performance monitoring and enhancement of models. Discover and prioritize new AI and ML opportunities to improve the company's financial performance. Design, train, and implement probability of default models. Develop effective credit-limit strategies. Identify and assess AI/ML opportunities to improve efficiency and increase revenue. Create and update internal model documentation. Implement comprehensive model monitoring systems. Plan and conduct A/B tests to refine models. Develop Computer Vision pipelines. Create LLM-based solutions to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

1. Possess 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science. 2. Have 3+ years of experience in credit-lending organizations. 3. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python. 4. Have a solid understanding of modern ML algorithms. 5. Be skilled in feature engineering and model evaluation best practices. 6. Be able to write, structure, and optimize complex SQL queries. 7. Show a deep understanding of the credit lifecycle. 8. Possess proven skill in sourcing, cleansing, and generating features from data sets. 9. Be comfortable setting up and maintaining modelling environments.
