Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will: Support the development, maintenance, and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital strategies. Draft various types of content with keen judgment in creating/updating decks, collateral, and website content. Create and implement social media plans for campaigns, including planning logistics, invitations, registration, and on-site assistance to enhance the experience. Work in a data-driven environment, gathering and inputting data into reports with a focus on accuracy and proper grammar. Collaborate with alliance business teams to develop content and represent the LexisNexis Risk Solutions brand. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is required. 2. Must have 5-7 years of marketing experience. 3. Knowledge of the public safety market and law enforcement customer base is essential. 4. Understanding of marketing and communications basics to drive business goals. 5. Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills. 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary. 7. Bring innovative thinking and marketing practices to all industry marketing activities. 8. Be a strong team player with experience in a matrixed organization or large corporate setting. 9. Must be organized with the ability to prioritize and manage client expectations across multiple projects with aggressive deadlines. 10. Proficiency in MS Office Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 11. Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint skills are preferred. 12. Must demonstrate the ability to keep abreast of and communicate new technology and marketing trends. 13. Be a proactive, self-motivated person capable of leading initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 14. Must have the ability to prioritize and deliver high-impact results. 15. Experience with Eloqua, Salesforce, and Marmind is a plus. 16. Physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information is required.
