Senior Marketing Manager, Therapy Awareness – Field Marketing

Job Description

Lead the creation and roll-out of complete therapy awareness programs, boosting understanding and demand for Saluda's innovative therapies among clinical audiences. Translate complex clinical data and health economics into clear, easily understood educational content. Collaborate closely with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics teams to deliver compelling education on disease states. Develop integrated awareness campaigns using live events, digital tools, and data-driven engagement. Design scalable marketing programs that support sales objectives. Serve as a key marketing partner to the sales team, ensuring consistent execution. Provide deployable tools, including regional meeting content, speaker programs, and local initiatives. Establish feedback loops to optimize program effectiveness. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2. 7+ years of marketing experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare technology. 3. Proven experience leading therapy or disease-state awareness initiatives. 4. Strong background in field marketing, sales enablement, and commercial execution. 5. Experience supporting product launches and growth-stage commercialization. 6. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a regulated environment.
