Senior Marketing Manager – Growth Lifecycle Marketing
Job Description
Join Constant Contact as a Senior Marketing Manager and lead the development and tactical execution of multi-channel lifecycle journeys (Email, SMS, In-App, and Push) to drive trial conversions and reduce churn. Design and execute 'quick-start' experiments to validate new offerings, pricing models, and features. Implement AI-driven creative development, segmentation, and predictive modeling to anticipate customer needs and automate hyper-personalized content delivery. Manage a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap, utilizing AI optimization tools. Partner with Product and Data Science teams to integrate machine learning insights into the marketing stack, ensuring a seamless user experience. Own the reporting for key lifecycle KPIs (LTV, CAC, Retention), using data visualization tools. Leverage Generative AI and Prompt Engineering to scale content production and experiment with dynamic messaging across different customer cohorts.
Qualifications
1. 7+ years of experience in growth or lifecycle marketing, with a focus on SaaS or subscription-based models. 2. Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools and a strong understanding of how Predictive Analytics informs lifecycle stages. 3. Mastery of marketing automation platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 4. High proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) to analyze complex datasets and customer behavior. 5. Proven track record of running sophisticated experimentation frameworks beyond simple A/B testing. 6. Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear business impact for stakeholders. 7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
