Senior Marketing Manager – Aggregator

Job Description

Take the lead in performance management, focusing on volume, conversion, CPA, and profitability. Regularly monitor and manage channel performance, promptly addressing any volatility. Provide up-to-date performance reports and insights on aggregator results. Identify and implement optimization strategies across aggregators, including improving rankings, refining bid strategies, and adjusting offers. Seek out and implement opportunities for scale and efficiency across brands and partners. Collaborate with internal analysts to transform insights into actionable commercial plans. Pinpoint operational and process enhancements to boost scale, efficiency, and accuracy across brands and partners. Monitor and respond to competitor activities across aggregators and related channels. Serve as the primary contact for key aggregator relationships within the IPH portfolio. Negotiate and secure portfolio-level partnerships with priority aggregators. Establish quarterly new policy targets and CPA guidelines with brand teams and aggregator partners. Negotiate brand rankings, product offerings, visibility enhancements, and promotional opportunities. Ensure robust accountability, transparency, and sustained value delivery through structured partnership management. Manage relationships with Brand Aggregator Managers, Marketing teams, and Sales teams to guarantee strategic and executional alignment. Work alongside Product, Pricing, Actuarial, and Finance teams to integrate competitiveness and margin controls into operational decisions. Collaborate with Brand Marketing to ensure that proposition, creative, and messaging efforts support aggregator success. Support strategic planning and quarterly performance reviews with senior commercial leaders. Spearhead annual and quarterly aggregator strategic planning across the IPH portfolio. Recognize the risks and opportunities that influence investment, ranking strategies, and product prioritization. Create, share, and implement Aggregator Best Practice frameworks across brands and partners. Promote process consistency and operational excellence within the Shared Service Team.

Qualifications

1. Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a similar analytical field. 2. Possess 5+ years of experience in aggregator operations, performance marketing, channel management, strategy consulting, or commercial partnerships. 3. Demonstrate a track record of driving scalable operational processes and delivering commercial outcomes. 4. Exhibit strong commercial negotiation skills, ideally within marketplace ecosystems. 5. Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive decisive action across multiple partners. 6. Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. 7. Have experience with aggregators/price comparison sites, insurance, the pet industry, or performance marketing. 8. Demonstrate an understanding of funnel metrics, ranking algorithms, CPA optimization, and aggregator ecosystems. 9. Be comfortable with performance dashboards and working with data teams.
