Job Description

Drive growth initiatives as a Senior Marketing & Growth Strategist at team.blue. Lead communication, engagement, and conversion strategies across the Hub. Take ownership of the growth lifecycle and innovate cross-brand experiences. Craft in-product messaging and conversion experiments. Design and refine notifications and onboarding flows. Build and execute user communication programs via email and in-product channels. Define hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and implement successful strategies. Implement tracking and monitor funnel and engagement metrics. Leverage analytics, automation, and AI tools to enhance experimentation.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in growth, product, lifecycle, or digital marketing. 2. Strong background in SaaS, platforms, or apps, ideally serving SMB/Prosumer customers. 3. Proven ability to own growth outcomes end-to-end, including defining KPIs. 4. Hands-on experience designing and executing growth programs, including experimentation and A/B testing. 5. Comfortable working with event schemas, funnels, cohorts, and behavioral signals. 6. Fluency in analytics, tracking, and modern growth tooling. 7. Demonstrated use of AI-augmented workflows in daily work. 8. Excellent copywriting, positioning, and storytelling skills for SaaS products. 9. Clear, structured communicator who collaborates effectively.
