Job Description

Spearhead the creation and management of comprehensive co-marketing strategies. Convert high-level objectives into actionable plans, aligning the brand with retail and e-commerce partners to achieve common objectives. Act as the main contact for external partners, resolving creative approval challenges, balancing diverse business needs, and ensuring shared benefits across all collaborations. Enhance the consumer experience by integrating impactful social and influencer initiatives with tangible in-store experiences and owned digital channels, creating a cohesive brand journey. Take charge of a substantial budget, providing regular reporting, financial projections, and maximizing ROI. Work with data analysts to monitor campaign performance through key metrics like incremental impact, cost per acquisition, and transaction growth. Oversee the entire production process, managing both the timelines for physical materials and the quick turnaround needed for digital content, ensuring consistent adherence to deadlines. Utilize AI tools to streamline feedback, boost creative development, and generate initial content while maintaining strong brand standards. Demonstrate independence, proactively address potential issues, and keep leadership informed with suggested solutions. Handle additional projects assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

1. Demonstrated expertise in managing extensive collaborations with retail and e-commerce entities, including navigating conflicting priorities and securing joint creative approvals. 2. Proactive mindset with the capacity to advocate for a distinct perspective, manage intricate schedules, and alert leadership to potential strategic concerns with potential solutions. 3. Hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, including regular financial reporting and oversight. 4. Profound knowledge of integrating social and influencer tactics with physical in-store elements and digital communication channels. 5. Proven ability to work with analysts to assess incremental growth, acquisition costs, and brand impact metrics. 6. Understanding of the timelines and logistical demands associated with various channels, especially physical displays. 7. Competence in using AI to expedite content creation, process stakeholder insights, and develop innovative strategies while maintaining brand consistency. 8. Experience working directly with clients. 9. Experience working with agencies. 10. Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
