Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Description

Seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to produce email templates and push notifications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for diverse clients. Collaborate with skilled email developers and customer success managers to resolve email deployment issues. Participate in email stand-ups for workload prioritization and timely task completion. Work closely with the client team to address requests, answer questions, and collaborate on tasks. Ensure emails comply with client standards, email marketing best practices, and CAN-Spam laws. Test email messages to ensure proper formats and templates using tools such as Litmus and Email on Acid.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of email production and development experience. 2. Mastery of HTML and CSS specific to email. 3. Proficiency with JSON. 4. Knowledge of APIs, how they work, and proficiency in making GET and POST calls. 5. Understanding of how a data feed works. 6. Understanding of email code structure and how to make code responsive for different devices. 7. Strong email etiquette and ability to communicate testing, QC, and updates directly with clients. 8. Ability to take feedback, clarify it, and make adjustments as needed.
