Senior Managing Counsel, Information Management
Job Description
Provide legal advice and operational oversight for litigation discovery. Serve as a strategic partner to in-house and external counsel on discovery matters. Review and respond to third-party information requests, such as subpoenas. Support management of enterprise records governance. Proactively advise legal and business unit clients on emerging legal issues. Lead and drive cross-functional project teams.
Qualifications
1. Juris Doctor (J.D) from an accredited law school 2. Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S jurisdiction 3. 10+ years of relevant experience 4. Motivated self-starter with legal acumen and business knowledge 5. Ability to counsel on emerging technology risks and defensible records management 6. End-to-end EDRM (electronic discovery reference model) lifecycle expertise 7. Hands-on experience with eDiscovery and legal hold platforms such as Relativity One, Exterro, and Microsoft Purview 8. Leadership experience on multifaceted projects that involve cross functional teams
