Senior Manager, Technology Change Enablement

Job Description

Spearhead IT change enablement strategies aligning with digital transformation and company objectives. Establish a tech change framework within IT governance and funding. Integrate OCM methods into IT projects right from the start. Assess change impact, map stakeholders, and model adoption risks for IT initiatives. Use AI to analyze adoption, system data, and engagement. Implement models to spot adoption risks and change fatigue. Use AI sentiment analysis to gauge readiness. Create dashboards to track adoption metrics and user behavior. Tailor enablement using analytics. Partner with data teams to integrate data into insights reporting. Design a value realization framework for IT investments. Quantify ROI and improvements with Finance. Track benefit realization beyond launch. Build dashboards linking adoption to financial outcomes. Review post-implementation value. Drive accountability for benefit delivery. Oversee communications for IT changes. Guide training programs. Drive leadership alignment and develop change networks. Identify gaps and improve digital fluency. Embed enablement metrics into governance. Monitor change saturation. Refine strategies using data and AI. Encourage accountability, agility, and impact. Supervise leads and provide mentorship. Set performance targets. Promote collaboration. Build AI change management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field required; Master’s preferred. 2. 10+ years in IT organizational change, digital transformation, or related fields. 3. 5+ years leading change initiatives for IT implementations (ERP, BIM, CRM, cloud). 4. 5+ years in leadership managing OCM, communications, or value realization teams. 5. Certifications like Prosci, CCMP, or PMP preferred. 6. Certifications in data analytics, AI, or frameworks preferred. 7. Demonstrated success improving adoption with analytics and data. 8. Experience with OCM frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, CCMP). 9. Proven track record defining business cases and benefit realization. 10. Experience validating cost savings with Finance. 11. Expertise in IT organizational change and adoption strategies. 12. Deep understanding of tech implementation lifecycles. 13. Ability to use AI and analytics for change management. 14. Strong financial acumen and ability to quantify value. 15. Proficiency with analytics platforms and tools. 16. Experience using automation platforms. 17. Executive-level communication skills. 18. Strong facilitation and data visualization skills. 19. Ability to work in a matrixed environment. 20. Strategic thinking with operational execution. 21. High emotional intelligence. 22. Experience leveraging AI tools preferred. 23. Experience in AEC or project-based services preferred.
