Senior Manager – Technical Program Management

Job Description

Join Supabase as the Senior Manager of Technical Program Management. Define the TPM function, operating model, and engagement within product, engineering, and design. Build a team, set standards, and ensure accountability. Own the cross-functional interface between Engineering, Customer Success, Support, GTM, and PMM. Author project management standards in Linear and manage dependency graphs for cross-functional programs. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design heads to streamline work processes and artifact discipline.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of experience in technical program management, including scaling a TPM function. 2. Experience managing senior IC TPMs and upholding high standards. 3. Strong technical fluency to assess risks and engage with senior engineers. 4. Experience building interfaces between engineering and field teams (Customer Success, Support, GTM, PMM). 5. Proficiency in operating Linear, Jira, or similar at scale. 6. Clear understanding of the difference between TPM and PMO. 7. Comfortable working with Engineering Managers. 8. Precise written and asynchronous communication skills. 9. High judgment and ability to influence without authority.
