Senior Manager, Subcontracts Program Management

Job Description

Seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead subcontract planning and strategy in our aerospace division. This role involves guiding internal teams with market insights, leading supplier negotiations, and managing complex subcontracts. You'll monitor performance, oversee products/services, and maintain strong supplier relationships. Represent the company on legal and regulatory matters, provide direction to subcontract teams, and manage program costs and risks. This is a unique chance to drive impactful subcontract strategies within a leading aerospace organization.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience. 2. Demonstrated experience managing subcontracts projects using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodology and Cost Account Management (CAM) activities. 3. Experience applying acquisition policies and procedures, including the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), within a government contracting environment. 4. Prior experience working with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
