Job Description

Shape engagement with key customers across the Stryker portfolio. Lead the creation and implementation of enterprise-level contract strategies for major accounts. Promote a consistent approach to contracts, pricing, and customer interaction. Oversee RFP strategies and ensure standardization across business units. Facilitate intricate contract negotiations and pricing approaches. Work together to boost commercial performance and ROI. Create analytics and reporting tools to aid decision-making. Establish connections throughout the sales teams for strategic insights. Empower sales teams via training and resources.

Qualifications

1. Possess over 10 years of professional experience. 2. Hold a Bachelor's degree. 3. Have more than 8 years of experience in the medical device sector, covering sales, marketing, pricing, contracting, or procurement. 4. Experienced in leading enterprise or key account strategies. 5. Familiarity with contract and pricing strategies, and RFP processes. 6. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. 7. Possess strong analytical and financial skills. 8. Hold an MBA or other advanced degree.
