Senior Manager, Strategic Pricing
Job Description
Take the lead in shaping pricing strategies and crafting commercial models for intricate, high-stakes deals. Collaborate closely with Sales, Advisory/Consulting, Transformation, FP&A, and Operations teams. Construct competitive, value-driven pricing frameworks that are financially robust. Engage with key stakeholders across Sales, Advisory, Delivery Operations, Finance, and Transformation. Verify pricing assumptions, including cost structures, efficiency improvements, productivity gains, and investment needs. Analyze win/loss data to fine-tune pricing strategies and enhance conversion rates. Partner with FP&A to ensure alignment with financial projections, margin objectives, and long-term strategic plans.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred). 2. Over 10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, Strategy, or Consulting roles. 3. Robust financial modeling and analytical skills. 4. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams at senior management levels. 5. Thorough understanding of margin structures, cost factors, and transformation economics. 6. Familiarity with the US Health Insurance Payer market is a plus.
