Seeking a Senior Manager to drive profitable growth and stability across multiple states. You will lead cross-functional teams, build strong partnerships, and manage the Personal Lines P&L for NY, CT, NJ. Develop strategies to achieve personal lines budgets and foster productive relationships with key partners.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Over 10 years of professional experience. 3. 5+ years managing personal lines insurance products. 4. 5+ years of team leadership. 5. 3+ years of experience leading product management teams. 6. Strong business insight and a results-driven approach. 7. Solid knowledge of P&C insurance products, pricing, and product management.
