Job Description

Amentum is seeking a Senior Manager for Real Estate Portfolio and Transaction. This role involves implementing corporate policies for real estate transactions, fostering relationships with business leaders, and managing outsourced partners. Responsibilities include: 1. Adhering to and implementing corporate policies for real estate transactions. 2. Developing relationships with business leaders through regular portfolio reviews. 3. Managing real estate brokers and ensuring business needs are met. 4. Managing design and construction of new capital projects. 5. Coordinating with legal counsel for real estate documents. 6. Advising on real estate strategies and decisions. 7. Supporting proposal and business development efforts. 8. Supporting facility personnel and addressing real estate issues. 9. Identifying opportunities to optimize the real estate portfolio and reduce costs. 10. Providing input to Real Estate’s VP for budget development. 11. Reviewing monthly financial performance reports. 12. Supporting the implementation of Amentum Real Estate initiatives. 13. Contributing to process improvements across the company.

Qualifications

To qualify for the Real Estate Portfolio and Transaction Senior Manager role at Amentum, candidates should possess: 1. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. 2. A minimum of 12 years’ experience in corporate real estate. 3. Alternatively, 8+ years' experience with a Master's degree. 4. U.S. Citizenship is required. 5. Must be able to travel domestically. 6. 5+ years of managerial experience. 7. Strong understanding of government consulting business. 8. Respectful approach to clients, vendors, and coworkers. 9. Ability to obtain a security clearance is preferred.
