Senior Manager – Program Supplier Assurance

Job Description

Lead the execution of supplier engagement and risk-mitigation plans to support program objectives. Manage and develop a team of Supplier Assurance Engineers. Track and report supplier quality performance and key program metrics. Ensure compliance with product and quality requirements across suppliers. Drive supplier corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives using RCCA, Lean, and Six Sigma tools. Collaborate with global Supplier Assurance teams to resolve issues and maintain standards.

Qualifications

1. A university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience 2. Advanced degree in a related field with 7 years of relevant experience 3. Experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing & quality systems or technical supplier management 4. Experience managing teams or leading / mentoring people 5. Experience with supplier quality management and related toolsets (i.e. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) 6. Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance 7. U.S. citizenship is required
