Senior Manager, Product Management – Equity Reporting

Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Manager, Product Management, and lead the charge in financial reporting within the Equity product organization. Manage a team of Product Managers responsible for financial, admin, and BI reporting. Set goals, provide coaching, and identify skill development opportunities. Coordinate roadmap planning, monitor progress, and serve as a senior reporting domain SME for internal and external partners.

Qualifications

1. 7+ years in product management, with 2+ years in a people management role. 2. 5+ years of experience in equity management, equity compensation, or financial services SaaS. 3. Proven track record of leading product teams and coordinating programs. 4. Demonstrated ability to coach product management talent. 5. Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. 6. Solid understanding of equity reporting domains. 7. Familiarity with equity compensation plan types and data structures. 8. Ability to engage with engineering leadership on architecture and data modeling. 9. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
