Senior Manager – Managed Services Engineering – Enterprise Infrastructure
Job Description
Lead the Managed Services Engineering Teams, providing strategic direction in alignment with company objectives and market trends. Collaborate with senior leaders to strengthen offerings and cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their environments and business needs. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through key initiatives. Mentor and develop a high-performing team, manage workload effectively, and drive continuous improvement using key metrics and feedback. Oversee operational processes and manage operational costs, ensuring top-quality service delivery and regular performance reporting.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of experience in consulting or IT services delivery, with leadership in a senior role, OR 14 years of similar experience. 2. Extensive experience in process management and a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks. 3. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. 4. Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for strategic decision-making. 6. Proven ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships. 7. Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization. 8. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. 9. Experience leading Managed Services Engineering teams across Virtualization, Endpoint & Windows Compliance, Backup & Recovery, and Database & Storage is a plus.
