Senior Manager – M&A Technology Strategy

Job Description

Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies that foster growth and proactively identify new opportunities. Offer proactive assistance to the team across the deal spectrum, including IT due diligence and IT integration/separation processes. Manage project delivery, leadership, and client communications effectively. Oversee solution design and implementation, ensuring high quality within time and budget constraints. Plan and develop integration and separation deliverables, focusing on Day One readiness, business process alignment, and systems integration. Develop IT financial models, including synergy savings and standalone costs. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple projects, providing crucial technical and functional inputs. Recommend enterprise architecture, solutions, and systems based on leading industry practices. Develop integration, separation, and carve-out strategies across vital IT areas. Mentor managers, senior associates, and associates to consistently deliver high-impact results. Drive business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients. Continuously nurture internal relationships and enhance your PwC brand.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience in IT M&A, encompassing IT due diligence, integration, separation planning, and execution, as well as IT Strategy & Digital Transformation. 2. Comprehensive technical understanding of key IT pillars, including SDLC, IT Apps Rationalization, IT Infrastructure/Cloud Strategy, Cybersecurity, and ERP transformation. 3. Proven track record of leading large teams across multiple client engagements. 4. Expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication. 5. Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis and financial/cost modeling for informed decision-making. 6. Experience translating complex analyses into clear narratives through storytelling for executive presentations. 7. Proficiency in GenAI tools like ChatGPT for rapid research and analysis. 8. Exceptional proficiency in English.
