Lead and nurture a high-performing global team. Ensure robust program execution and adherence to established methodologies. Oversee functional onboarding processes for Guidewire Field and Support teams. Develop comprehensive methodology training initiatives. Partner with diverse teams across Guidewire to achieve objectives. Champion the overall readiness transformation efforts.
Qualifications
1. 7-10+ years of experience in enablement or technical education within the SaaS sector. 2. Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams to deliver impactful enablement projects. 3. Experience in managing readiness, enablement, or educational programs in a SaaS environment. 4. Familiarity with LMS platforms, AI technologies, and organizational structures/processes. 5. Deep understanding of effective new role onboarding techniques. 6. Demonstrated ability to build trust with executives and maintain proactive communication. 7. Strong focus on managing a portfolio of diverse projects. 8. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. 9. Solid grasp of the property and casualty insurance domain. 10. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
