Join DaVita as a Senior Finance Manager, where you will lead financial planning and analysis for a $150 - $200 million operation. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering comprehensive financial insights and analysis. * Explaining the primary drivers of financial performance. * Presenting actionable insights to the leadership team. * Spearheading the development of a 3-year operating plan. * Providing novel insights and fresh perspectives in leadership discussions. * Coaching non-finance team members on P&L management.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 2. Expert-level computer skills, particularly in MS Excel. 3. Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 4. The ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
