Establish operational excellence through SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and ensuring on-call health for audit services. Coach and develop engineers and leads, cultivating a strong culture of ownership, high-quality delivery, and continuous improvement. Clearly and proactively communicate with stakeholders and leadership on progress, tradeoffs, risks, and outcomes.
