Senior Manager, Customer Success – Ad Solutions

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Customer Success team focused on Ad Solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to mentor, guide, and develop a team of Ad Network Customer Success Managers (CSMs). You will be responsible for maintaining high standards for Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, client communication, and revenue generation. You will lead regular 1:1 meetings and team sessions focused on delivering tangible outcomes. Creating a solution-oriented culture where problems are met with proactive solutions is crucial. This role involves managing a personal revenue target alongside the team's collective goals, crafting and implementing account strategies based on performance data, and coaching the team to enhance customer retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or related areas. 2. Have at least 2 years of experience in managing teams, consistently improving team performance. 3. Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable. 4. Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and independence. 5. Comfortable with ambiguity and change. 6. Show a bias for action and proactive problem-solving. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to the audience. 8. Adept at building and following processes. 9. Possess a growth-oriented mindset.
