Senior Manager, Collaboration and Service Governance

Job Description

Spearhead CDW initiatives and standardize processes, tools, and workflows. Manage and mentor a team of analysts, setting clear objectives and providing continuous coaching. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between CDW leadership and operational activities. Act as a CDW representative across the organization for service-related matters. Monitor the advancement of initiatives and maintain comprehensive documentation, standards, reports, and team administrative records. Establish, update, and assess disaster recovery strategies, conducting regular risk evaluations. Develop, revise, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for crucial CDW processes.

Qualifications

1. Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience. 2. Possesses 7 years of experience in managing and developing highly skilled and motivated teams. 3. Demonstrates prior HR skills in team management. 4. Shows Project Management experience in leading or initiating projects. 5. Has experience with ServiceNow or Power BI for reporting purposes. 6. Exhibits strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. 7. Is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
