Senior Manager, Anaplan COE Implementation

Job Description

As a Senior Manager, you will support Anaplan as a product owner for P&L Forecast and Planning. You'll be the subject matter expert and key contact for all users, providing support for P&L planning. This includes managing changes, conducting user acceptance testing, training, analyzing and resolving issues, trending, and reporting for Segment/Enterprise. You will partner with engineers, architects, and UX designers in daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Responsibilities include prioritizing features and technical work to maximize value delivery, balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, and business priorities. You will identify innovative Finance automation technologies and use cases. Governance responsibilities include Change Control board duties from intake through post execution. Gathering and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to iterate quickly is essential. You will drive and track measurable results using agreed upon KPIs. Further responsibilities include data migration, integration, and financial reporting, along with building effective internal relationships. You'll also identify process risks, issues, and mitigations throughout the project lifecycle and help remove roadblocks to keep delivery on track. Identifying and sourcing Finance optimization and automation opportunities is also a key aspect of the role. Collaboration across peers is crucial to ensure the governance process is effective and repeatable.

Qualifications

1. 7-10 years of Financial Systems Consulting experience. 2. 2 years of Finance and FP&A activities and processes experience. 3. 2 years of Extensive Anaplan model experience to support users/businesses/segments for issue analysis/resolution. 4. Experience with process improvement and technology methodologies (Six Sigma, Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, ADLC, etc.). 5. Experience as a Financial Analyst or Financial Systems Analyst. 6. Direct experience working with or being part of a center of excellence to ensure governance standards are met and continuously improved, large-scale implementations, change management, and stakeholder management. 7. Knowledge of finance value drivers across business segments. 8. Certified Anaplan Level 1 Model Builder. 9. Strong business knowledge, including understanding of our current business, downstream implications, and areas where input and collaboration with other teams are required.
