Senior Maintenance Mechanical Technician

Job Description

Seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanical Technician to ensure the reliable operation of our plant's electromechanical systems. Responsibilities include preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on generating units and auxiliary equipment, adhering to safety and efficiency standards. The role involves mechanical maintenance on turbines and auxiliary systems, periodic equipment inspections, and collaboration with support teams for scheduled services. Contribute to the development of maintenance plans based on manufacturer guidelines, technical manuals, and field experience. Maintain compliance with work orders and safety protocols, and provide clear reports on activities and shift occurrences using the system's workflow.

Qualifications

1. Reside in Caçu/GO. 2. Completed technical diploma in Mechanics or Electromechanics. 3. Experience in hydroelectric maintenance and in hydraulic and generation systems. 4. Knowledge and experience with Kaplan turbine generation equipment, components and auxiliary services. 5. Proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly/installation project drawings. 6. Basic English is desirable.
