Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide guidance on US legal matters, focusing on labor and employment law across Airbus's US entities. This role involves leading projects, advising on labor relations, and collaborating with management and HR to foster a positive employee environment. Key responsibilities include managing employment law activities, supporting the People Matter Network, and drafting employment-related agreements. Additionally, you'll participate in developing and delivering training programs for key stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. 2. Bar admission in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, or Oklahoma. 3. Current CLE credits. 4. Minimum of 10 years of law practice with emphasis on management-side labor and employment. 5. Experience with state or federal labor and employment law enforcement agencies. 6. Experience in labor relations strategy and implementation. 7. Proficiency in Google Suite. 8. Fluent in written and spoken English.
