Job Description

Join Colliers as a Senior Lease Administrator, the primary contact for clients and internal teams on lease matters. Understand client objectives and portfolio strategies. Maintain a deep understanding of client agreements, ensuring accurate entry into WorkTrac. Conduct client reviews, deliver portfolio updates, and manage critical lease information. Drive strong client relationships, proactively mitigate risks, and oversee global teams. Participate in new business presentations and lead impactful communications. Manage lease abstraction, ensure billing accuracy, and resolve account reconciliations. Ensure accurate charges, validate CPI adjustments, and maintain file systems.

Qualifications

1. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 2. 5+ years of commercial real estate lease administration experience. 3. Experience with Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan, or similar. 4. Expertise with multi-line global accounts (1,000+ leases). 5. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. 6. Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules.
