Senior Leadership Architect

Job Description

Take the lead on client projects from start to finish. Foster client growth and cultivate lasting relationships. Guide agile, client-focused teams to pinpoint leadership and organizational needs, crafting cutting-edge leadership development programs. Conduct leadership development workshops with executives across all organizational tiers. Spearhead the creation of innovative thought leadership in leadership support methodologies. Coach and mentor colleagues, nurturing their development as adept leadership professionals. Advise clients on a broad spectrum of topics related to their leadership development frameworks and architectures.

Qualifications

1. Possess 8+ years of experience in professional services or training and coaching, with demonstrated expertise in at least two of these areas: Leadership Development, Design Thinking / Learning Design / Program Design, or Strategy Consulting. 2. Showcase experience in producing high-level Thought Leadership content. 3. Maintain a personal meditation/personal development practice for over 5 years. 4. Hold a Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is preferable. 5. Be an accredited leadership development facilitator and/or coach (e.g., ICF ACC). 6. Be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, capable of thriving in a boutique organization and under pressure. 7. Exhibit the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team and with individuals at all organizational levels. 8. Demonstrate exceptional time and project management capabilities, with the capacity to handle multiple workstreams operationally.
