Senior HR Strategy Consultant
Job Description
Translate business objectives into actionable people strategies and lead discussions with client leadership. Oversee the complete HR lifecycle, from developing performance management systems and conducting training sessions to analyzing turnover data and managing recruiting procedures. Improve employee resource manuals and create updated policies, handling complex employee relations effectively. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop custom organizational strategies that support company growth and increase employee retention.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree is a must; possessing an MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous. 2. Should have at least seven years of progressive HR experience. 3. Prior experience as a Senior Manager or higher in consulting or in-house HR is highly valued. 4. Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or similar are desirable. 5. Must be adept at handling client requests across a range of HR functions.
