Senior HR Manager

Job Description

As the company's HR architect, this role involves diagnosing organizational people needs and crafting practical, scalable solutions. The role also involves Establishing and managing a targeted partner ecosystem to extend capability efficiently. This position supports a fully remote organization with employees across the U.S. and select international locations. Responsibilities include ensuring programs, policies, and practices address immediate priorities while building a foundation for future growth. Lead culture enablement with a focus on values-based onboarding and employee integration during the initial year. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating people data, insights, and observations into clear recommendations and decision support.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. 2. Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager capacity. 3. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification is highly desirable. 4. Experience supporting H-1B lottery processes and employment visa administration is strongly preferred. 5. Demonstrated experience designing HR solutions from diagnosis through implementation. 6. Experience leading values-based onboarding beyond orientation, focusing on first-year integration. 7. Experience selecting and managing outsourced HR providers (TA, benefits, HRIS/payroll, compliance).
