Job Description

The Senior HR Generalist will: - Provide initial HR assistance to Career Advisors and employees. - Support HR systems and processes, including HRIS, Payroll, Flexible Work Arrangements, Education Reimbursement, and other HR tools/processes. - Initiate change requests for day-to-day business activities. - Oversee and manage onboarding and offboarding. - Manage HR case intake by documenting requests, tracking status, and escalating issues. - Support Employee Relations (ER) by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and escalating complex issues. - Administer performance management cycles, supporting tool navigation, timelines, and completion tracking. - Provide project support by coordinating plans, maintaining documentation, ensuring data quality, and supporting special requests. - Support employee engagement through communications, events, survey administration, and action tracking; compile metrics and summarize themes. - Coordinate internship program administration, partnering with recruiting and managers on logistics, onboarding/offboarding, check-ins, and issue escalation. - Maintain and analyze HR reports and operational metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, leaves of absence, ER activity, requisitions, and performance-cycle completion). - Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance HR processes.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or GED required. 2. 3 years experience as HR generalist. 3. Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally. 4. Ability to negotiate and solve problems. 5. Able to work in team environment. 6. Proficient in applicable technology. 7. Strong organizational skills, time management and multi-tasking ability and prioritizing. 8. Ability to travel as required by business needs.
