Senior HR Business Partner – GTM

Job Description

Lead the redesign of GTM roles and construct comprehensive Skills Matrices in collaboration with GTM leaders. Transform the Talent Review process into a meaningful growth engine by coaching managers on delivering impactful feedback and ensuring employees feel heard. Launch and oversee an internal mobility initiative designed to elevate employees for their next career move within Wrike. Act as a pragmatic problem-solver for Director-level stakeholders, leveraging data to identify and resolve business friction before it escalates. Navigate a high-volume environment, managing complex requests with speed and precision across the GTM and Marketing functions. Identify and automate repetitive HRBP workflows by building custom Gems, utilizing Wrike’s internal AI tools, and documenting automated processes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Proven track record as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment, specifically supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams. 2. Experience in role mapping, leveling, and building competency-based Skills Matrices. 3. Demonstrated ability to sit in on difficult conversations and provide immediate, actionable feedback to leadership. 4. Ability to discern "cues" in business discussions, translate them into problems, and devise solutions using a combination of data and intuition. 5. Expert-level understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks. 6. Proficiency in G Suite and experience working within a Project Management or System of Record tool (like Wrike, Notion, Asana etc) is required; you must be comfortable managing your entire body of work, tracking projects, and collaborating asynchronously within a centralized productivity platform.
