Shape the future of shopping with Joko! We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to drive acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral for our AI-powered shopping assistant. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute a product strategy to drive growth across all key metrics. - Own the user onboarding journey, from initial app download to completed setup, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. - Implement a rapid A/B testing approach to continuously improve conversion and engagement rates. - Lead the referral program and develop strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value. - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Line PMs, the Joko AI team, and the Data team, leveraging insights to drive product decisions. - Work with a dedicated Product Designer to create innovative and user-centric solutions.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Growth Manager in a B2C product environment with a substantial user base. 2. Proven experience in owning and optimizing growth or conversion funnels from end to end. 3. Expertise in running A/B tests at scale, involving 10,000+ users. 4. Experience operating at a senior level, contributing to top-line growth initiatives. 5. Proficiency in SQL or other strong analytics tools is a significant advantage. 6. Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
