Senior Growth Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Growth Manager to develop and execute data-driven strategies that optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization. You will analyze conversion funnels to understand customer behavior and identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate on user interface prototyping, implement CRO methodologies with clear growth objectives, and participate in configuring analysis tools such as A/B testing, heatmaps, and online surveys. Additionally, you will contribute to projects that improve conversion processes across the funnel, including form enhancements and the implementation of new technologies to support conversion and data models. You will also exploit and interpret data from tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Yield, and Clarity to optimize conversion and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience and knowledge of digital products and growth. 2. Scientific mindset. 3. Experience analyzing data through different tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.). 4. Familiarity with testing and optimization tools like Optimizely and VWO. 5. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus. 6. Entrepreneurial spirit. 7. Creative mind. 8. Ambition to improve continuously. 9. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. 10. Resilience in the face of difficulties and/or failures. 11. Proactive and anticipatory approach. 12. Intermediate English level (B2).
