Senior GRC Security Specialist

Job Description

Join CI&T as a Senior GRC Security Specialist and take the lead in cybersecurity risk management. You'll identify, log, and analyze control nonconformities and vulnerabilities, maintaining the Risk Registry and providing updates to stakeholders. Conduct annual third-party cybersecurity risk assessments and enhance the cybersecurity control framework. Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in English for communicating with international clients. 2. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for making decisions under pressure. 4. Experience in conducting cybersecurity risk assessments and recommending mitigation strategies. 5. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement GRC policies. 6. Experience in maintaining and updating GRC documentation. 7. Ability to participate in internal and external audits. 8. Solid understanding of GRC frameworks, standards, and regulations. 9. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
