Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Kafka, Camunda

Job Description

Spearhead collaboration with various vendors to define comprehensive estimates, delivery plans, and project timelines within the application family. Ensure the technological soundness and quality of vendor solutions, providing oversight across concurrent projects. Guide technical delivery across the application family, aligning with strategic initiatives. Lead complex projects, strategizing technology optimization and modernization with technical debt reduction. Enhance internal and vendor partner expertise through knowledge sharing. Serve as a subject matter expert on intricate application environment components. Partner with architects to guide strategic technology decisions. Provide high-level technical expertise to projects involving multiple complex components. Establish best practices and reusable components to optimize technology use. Lead incident response for critical production issues, ensuring root cause analysis and long-term solutions. Undertake special projects with organization-wide impact.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent. 2. 12-15 years relevant experience, including 3-5 years at a senior level. 3. Innovation mindset. 4. Extensive coding experience with .NET Unified Platform V8 and .NET Framework 4.8. 5. Experience applying Predictive and Generative AI to business problems. 6. Knowledge of Agentic AI technology and solutions like Kafka, Camunda, etc. 7. Cloud development experience using AI, especially in Microsoft Azure. 8. Thorough knowledge of software engineering principles. 9. Ability to design solutions aligned with organizational goals. 10. Strong customer orientation and ability to convey technical concepts. 11. In-depth knowledge of the healthcare or PBM industry preferred. 12. Experience working within a vendor partner model. 13. Flexibility to work outside standard hours. 14. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 15. Strong collaborative skills. 16. Extensive experience with Agile Development. 17. Experience with Python or React development a plus.
