Senior Financial Analyst, HSG

Job Description

Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Healthcare Specialties Group (HSG), focusing on Henry Schein Products. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, delivering insights for strategic decisions, and managing the out-the-door (OTD) financial reporting process. Key tasks involve performing daily and monthly financial reporting, tracking performance against budget, and ensuring data accuracy across financial systems. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with business teams to develop projections and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in a related professional role with increasing responsibility. 2. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. 3. Excellent communication skills to convey financial concepts to stakeholders. 4. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis. 5. Experience with MS Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization. 6. Familiarity with Oracle PBCS, HFM, and SmartView is beneficial.
