Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to prepare monthly internal financial reports, comparing actuals to budget, forecast, and prior year, including variance analysis. You'll build and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor business performance at various levels, support the financial planning cycle, translate financial data into business insights, and provide high-quality financial analyses to stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years experience in financial analysis, planning, and management reporting. 2. 2+ years of experience within a large retail or omnichannel organization. 3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail and clear communication. 4. Advanced Excel/VBA skills with hands-on experience using Power BI. 5. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
