Senior FBO Account Executive
Job Description
Manage and expand a portfolio of important FBO and business aviation accounts. Meet yearly targets for volume, income, and gross profit. Create and implement plans for territory and account expansion. Locate and secure new business prospects, and grow current connections. Act as a business advisor to clients on fuel requirements and market trends. Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate pipelines, forecasts, and account activity. Work together with internal teams such as Supply, Dispatch, Credit, Accounting, and Legal. To improve value propositions, keep an eye on rivals and market trends. Represent World Fuel at sector events, conferences, and client meetings. Contribute to the larger sales plan and informally mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in the FBO operating environment. 2. Proven success managing large accounts and exceeding revenue/margin targets. 3. Strong understanding of aviation fuel markets and pricing structures. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 5. Comfortable presenting to senior customer stakeholders. 6. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). 7. Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Pacific Northwest.
