Senior Enterprise Operations Center Specialist

Job Description

Leidos is seeking a Senior Enterprise Operations Center Specialist to provide leadership for SEC ISS operations. This role involves continuous monitoring and support of production infrastructure and critical applications. Responsibilities include supervising operations center staff, coordinating incident triage and escalation, driving operational communications, participating in root-cause analysis, developing reporting, and supporting operational improvements within the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC). Qualifications

1. This position is restricted to U.S. citizens only. Applicants must not hold dual citizenship with any other country. 2. Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust (or higher if required). 3. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations center support and shift-based operations management (or equivalent experience). 4. 4+ years of direct experience providing expert support to an enterprise operations center, including managing operations teams in a shift environment. 5. Experience supervising technical operations teams in a multi-shift enterprise operations environment. 6. Experience performing root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and report development for complex operational problems. 7. 24x7x365 enterprise operations monitoring, alert management, and escalation coordination experience. 8. Experience with Incident and problem management in production IT environments. 9. Operational reporting, shift-handoff documentation, and trend analysis skills. 10. SOP/runbook execution and process governance in an operations center. 11. Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and ticketing platforms.
