Senior Engineering Technical Program Manager – Internal Platform Infrastructure

Job Description

Drive comprehensive program management across Business Applications and IT Infrastructure portfolios. This includes everything from initial discovery and prioritization to full implementation and operational deployment. Lead platform and integration programs with a strong focus on architecture. Manage a complex tooling stack that integrates CRM, identity, telephony, automation, and data systems. Facilitate RFCs, design reviews, and cross-functional discussions to ensure optimal outcomes. Manage technical relationships with vendors and third parties. This involves evaluating new solutions, designing pilot programs, coordinating contracts and renewals, resolving technical escalations, and providing build-vs-buy recommendations. Oversee identity, access, and security initiatives that span SSO, SCIM, RBAC, service accounts, device trust, zero trust, and compliance tooling rollouts to enhance security and streamline access management. Spearhead the evaluation and deployment of enterprise AI platforms. This encompasses LLM-based agents, tool and skill frameworks, MCP and connector patterns, governance models, security controls, observability, and adoption tracking to drive innovation. Coordinate data and workflow infrastructure projects, including ETL/reverse ETL processes, system migrations, source-of-truth modeling, and integrations critical for business operations. Manage business planning cycles for the Internal Tools Infrastructure team. Ensure OKR attainment and effective roadmap execution to achieve impactful results.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within infrastructure, platform, enterprise systems, or IT organizations, collaborating with Engineering, Security, IT, Procurement, Data, HR, and business stakeholders. 2. Strong technical understanding of authentication/identity patterns (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, service accounts), infrastructure concepts (AWS, IAM, Terraform), and infrastructure-as-code workflows. 3. Experience with complex, integrated tooling stacks that span CRM, telephony, automation, identity, and data systems. Familiarity with APIs, ETL/reverse ETL, data pipelines, and source-of-truth modeling. 4. Proven ability in vendor management, including RFP/RFI processes, evaluations, pilot programs, renewals, and escalation management. 5. Practical knowledge of modern enterprise AI concepts, such as LLMs, AI agents, tools, skills, MCP or similar connector patterns, guardrails, and governance. Demonstrated ability to use AI tooling to enhance program management work. 6. Experience working with platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure teams on API platforms, microservices, observability, or security infrastructure programs. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a history of fostering alignment and making decisions in ambiguous settings.
