Take the helm as Senior Engineering Manager within our Core Pricing team. Your mission: lead, coach, and cultivate a high-performing team of backend engineers, fostering a culture of accountability. Drive strategic technical initiatives across pricing systems, aligning engineering priorities with business objectives. Ensure changes are production-safe through rigorous validation, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful solutions. Embrace key metrics for reliability and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with 8+ years of experience and 3+ years in direct people management. 2. Strong executive presence, influencing leaders using data and business acumen. 3. Excellent product and business judgment, with risk assessment abilities. 4. Demonstrated ownership of systems requiring high reliability and low latency. 5. Experience in pricing, fintech, lending, payments, marketplaces, or real-time decisioning. 6. Strong system design and architectural skills with technical depth. 7. Extensive experience in leading backend and distributed systems in production. 8. Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. 9. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
