Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Employee Listening Consultant to guide our Employee Listening and People Analytics programs toward an AI-driven future, leveraging enterprise and functional tools to enhance the employee experience and boost business results. You'll utilize AI tools and agents to craft data storytelling briefings, reports, and dashboards. This involves managing end-to-end execution of standardized employee lifecycle surveys, spearheading additional listening efforts like focus groups, and designing analytical projects to tackle specific business challenges. Present program outcomes to executives, and foster a culture of action-taking through scalable resources and change management. You will also handle sensitive data with care and perform other People Analytics analysis projects as needed.

Qualifications

1. A seasoned Employee Listening or People Analytics Professional with a minimum of 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or 5 years with a Master’s, or 3 years with a PhD, or equivalent experience). 2. Demonstrated expertise, experience, and passion for survey design, project management, AI transformation, and employee listening approaches. 3. Ability to translate business strategies into research questions and apply appropriate research methods/statistical analysis. 4. Experience with People and HR topics such as AI enablement, internal mobility, talent acquisition, and learning and development. 5. Experience using Enterprise AI tools & Agents to enhance people processes, boosting productivity and customer experience. 6. Experience with Google workspace products. 7. Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods. 8. Experience with employee listening and people analytics platforms.
