Senior Email UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Email UI Designer to elevate our email marketing campaigns. In this role, you will: * Own the end-to-end email and pop-up design for 4–6 complex client accounts, creating visually stunning GIFs, animations, and advanced UIs. * Spearhead design innovation and contribute to the development of agency-wide design systems and standards. * Provide mentorship and art direction to junior designers, representing design in pod planning and client pitches.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with: 1. 4+ years of email design experience with a portfolio showcasing range and creative direction. 2. Expert-level Figma skills and experience with generative AI (e.g., Gemini). 3. Strategic thinking, mentorship capabilities, and an owner mindset.
