Senior Email and Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Job Description
Take ownership of the email and lifecycle marketing strategy, driving performance across integrated campaigns and focusing on pipeline impact. Design and refine lifecycle journeys, aligning acquisition, nurture, acceleration, and post-engagement stages with the overall campaign architecture. Collaborate with Campaign Managers to translate buyer insights into behavior-driven email experiences. Define audience segmentation strategies, utilizing behavioral and demographic data to enhance relevance and conversion. Establish performance KPIs linked to pipeline impact, monitoring conversion rates and email-influenced opportunity creation. Conduct structured experimentation across various elements, tracking outcomes and optimizing strategies. Ensure Marketo and CRM architecture supports lifecycle automation and reporting accuracy. Monitor performance to pinpoint bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Align email sequencing with broader marketing efforts to maximize demand efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Requires 6+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation within a SaaS or enterprise technology organization. 2. Proven experience owning email strategy tied to pipeline or revenue outcomes. 3. Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, including segmentation, journey design, testing, and reporting. 4. Experience working cross-functionally with Campaign, Digital, Marketing Operations, and Sales teams. 5. Analytical capability to translate performance data into optimization strategy. 6. Experience designing and executing structured A/B and multivariate testing programs. 7. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
